MUTE TRIES EVERYTHING - AT STARBUCKS [PART 1]

Good day everyone!

So I want to introduce you my newest challenge replacing my old ones, it is MUTE TRIES EVERYTHING. This challenge is basically the same with my TRY-IT-ALL challenge, but I just change the name to make it sounds more catchy. 

I also changed the restaurant that I used to pick into a new one. Why? Because I had a new title so I think it's necessary for me to change the restaurant also. And the food place that I choose is STARBUCKS COFFEE!! Well may be it's no longer called as Starbucks Coffee since they don't only sell coffee any more, they also serve many kinds of beverages and yummy meals. You can find Starbucks anywhere, on the corner of big avenue, at the malls, rest area and so many more. I have my closest Starbucks branch from my house is at Balekota Mall. 

As my very first part of this challenge, I want to try their very signature coffee so I tried :

STARBUCKS ESPRESSO WITH VANILLA IDR 44K

Honestly I am not a coffee addict, but I can enjoy drinking coffee. This espresso is perfect for me. I choose to add vanilla syrup because I can't drink black coffee too much or too bitter because my tummy won't stand it and my heart beat will be increasing, it's my natural body reaction. So far, I have to take a meal before drink coffee to avoid that reaction. Vanilla syrup wouldn't make it too bitter. 

Actually this espresso was nice, even though I asked them to add some vanilla syrup but the smell and the taste of coffee was still thick, it's like undisturbed by vanilla syrup. I love it so much but still I can't drink it too much. Starbucks just nailed it.

I know Starbucks may be is one of the best coffee shop and also one of your favourite. So let me help you by trying all of their menu and share it how it taste then you can have another recommended menu to pick.

ROTI BAKAR 88 - TANGERANG

Hi everyone! HAPPY NEW YEAR FOR ALL OF US! 

Early on new year holiday me and my mom went to one place to look for dinner. This place actually already well known as a good place for young people to gather and spend many hours while eating. Yes, that was Roti Bakar 88. This resto spreads among so many cities even there are three branches near my home. We visited their branch on Pasar Lama area.

This restaurant serves many types of instant noodle, toast bread and desserts. With a friendly price, this place gained it's fame instantly. 

This place separated into three areas. One is indoor with open air (smoking available), indoor with AC (non smoking room) and outdoor area. I picked our seat at outdoor area. The outdoor area located behind the resto opposite to Cisadane river so you can have a meal while enjoying the view. 

WHAT WE ORDER ?

We didn't want to order noodles, our dinner menu filled with bread. 

ROTI PANGGANG COKLAT IDR 12K & JERUK DINGIN IDR 7K

Honestly we ordered it three times because one was not enough hahaha. I love the chocolate, and the bread toasted well.

ROTI ICE CREAM IDR 15K

This was so nice. I don't why but I satisfied enough with the ice cream. It was so plentiful, the ice cream and chocolate sauce. I just didn't really like the bread, I prefer the taste of ROTI PANGGANG COKLAT bread. But what can went wrong about ice cream right? They have three ice cream flavor mixed, Strawberry, Chocolate and Vanilla. 

Well, I guess that's all my dinner experience at Roti Bakar 88. Have you ever visit this resto on your area? Let me know what's your favorite menu and may be I'll try it on my future visit.

Oke cukup untuk pembukaan yang misterius ala ala serial NetFlix 13 Reasons Why. Anyway di blog post aku kali ini aku mau sharing tentang satu laptop yang sedang hits dan keren banget, yaitu ASUS Vivobook Flip TP410. Laptop ini multifungsi banget terutama buat aku yang part time blogger. Aku akan kasih tau 13 alasan kenapa aku butuh banget ASUS Vivobook Flip TP410 untuk menunjang pekerjaan aku baik itu sebagai full time worker, part time blogger and as a woman!

ASUS Vivobook Flip T410 ini bisa di pakai dalam 4 bentuk yaitu laptop untuk kerja, tablet untuk instant googling atau main game, standing mode untuk nonton film dan tent mode yang praktis untuk benerin report kerjaan. Jadi laptop ini praktis di pake untuk berbagai macam kegiatan. Di tambah lagi bobotnya cuma 1,6 KG dengan dimensi dan ketebalannya cuma 14,8 mm. White Dress #OOTD

Forgive my very low quality of picture. It's just instant idea of me to take this picture. This photo was taken on last Saturday. I had a date that day with my boyfriend and that's what I wore. 

White is always be a beautiful touch of color. I combined it with turquoise flat shoes, to make it sweet even more. 

I got that beautiful white dress from Frazier Boutique, shoes from Noche, it all match together with the white bag that I really like. That bag was a birthday present from my best friend by the way.

Batam City Tour [Day 3]

My last day on Batam didn't really trip much. We only visited Barelang Bridge. It took a quite long distance to be there from my hotel and should leave immediately to the airport. 

This Barelang Bridge is the icon of Batam City. This beautiful bridge connects three big islands which are Batam - Rempang - Galang, mentioned as it's name BARELANG. Some people also mention it as "Jembatan Habibie" because he was the one who initiate the establishment of this bridge. 

ATTENTION !

If you are planning to go to Batam for the near future, please concern to your transportation choice. There are some of options you can choose such as Taxi, Bus or online taxi application. I honestly never took any buses but I genuinely felt that Taxi was a bit expensive. Mostly I picked online application to order transportation BUT this choice is actually not that recommended as well. There were some polemic happened at Batam between official taxi company and online transportation and the government still assigned online transportation as illegal transportation. So when I got to pick that choice, the driver usually asked to pretend that we know each other to disguise people that we rent an online car. This is my honest experience that I feel I need to share to help you choosing the option wisely. 

Overall, I was completely having fun in Batam, all my family liked the city may be have plan to be back. I will back with another traveling article to share. I hope you like it.

Batam City Tour [Day 2]

 

On the next day I spent my morning at the hotel because I was left by my mom and my sister. They went hunting for a secondhand imported stuffs. So me and my nieces and nephews took a little walk around the hotel to see the surroundings. What's funny I felt from Batam was unlike any other tourism city, you can rarely find pedestrians. Local people said that it's very rare for people to take a walk. Even at a walking distance, they prefer to ride a motorcycle. No wonder when we walked around that morning, we felt many people strangely starred at us, I don't know may be it's funny for them. Hahahaha

Anyway, after that awkward morning, we went to have lunch on Bengkong area. My second day was all about seafood hunting. We went to famous seafood resto which was Golden Prawn 933. 

 

At the front door we already greeted by lively sea creature from shrimp, prawn, crab, gong gong. We could choose our menu there. 

    

A light breeze and nice view were Golden Prawn's fascination. It's decorations was condensed with old Chinese which wood ornament and colorful curtain in typical. Also what made it unique, this resto built above water so we could directly see the fish were being caught. 

Their signature menu were Crab, Squid, Gong-gong (their local food, i've mentioned it on my last post), kale, fish, shrimp, dessert and bunch of rice. Believe us those plenty food were perfectly moved to our tummy. Yummy!

After lunch, we visited their souvenir shop called Golden Tourist Shop. You could buy unique handy craft here. There's a lot of unique, hand made stuffs you could get with relatively cheap price. Most of them were made from wood and crafted with cute form. 

 

If you need snacks to bring home, don't forget to come to Yong Heng Food Trading. The distance was not very far from Golden Prawn. This shop was full of various favor and shape of chips. Start from ordinary until extraordinary shape. 

Last stop for dinner was Harbour Bay Seafood Resto. This place is the largest outdoor destination to have a fresh seafood party. Harbour Bay is located at Jodoh area. This place was open from 10 AM to 10 PM. It's attraction was we can see beautiful sunset while enjoying our food. 

For the food we recommended were Ayam Goreng Saus Lemon, Soup Asparagus Daging Kepiting and Gong-gong (already become the favorite menu.

When the night came, the light would turn on and the atmosphere became so romantic here.

Harbour Bay became our last stop before left back to hotel. I will let you know my last day exploring Batam on my next post.  See you again!
