I got a SIBERIAN HUSKY... plush toy

Hello world !

Yesterday I spent my Saturday going to IKEA and randomly in love with Siberian Husky plush toy. I am actually obsessed with anything cute but too bad my mom won't let me keep a living dog as a pet so I just bought a dog plush toy, that's kinda same thing I guess. 

So if you want me to choose between cat or dog, of course I'll pick CAT! I had ever managed myself to look after one female cat when I was a teenager. I really loved her, I took a good care of her but not long after she gave birth of 6 cute kittens she passed away. I was extremely sad and my dad didn't want me to keep all of those kittens, he told me to give them to my friends who can handle nurturing kittens. Since then I don't really think to adopt another pet even though I want.

CAFFE BENE INDONESIA - AEON MALL BSD CITY

For those of you who are looking for unique and delicious smores cake, then Caffe Bene is the ultimate choice. Smores itself is a traditional campfire marshmallow layered with chocolate from United States and Canada (Wikipedia). Smores became globally famous as one of the tasty dessert especially served as a smores cake.

Caffe Bene is a franchised coffee shop and dessert originally from Korea. They have couple of branches in Jakarta, Bandung and Tangerang. One of them is located in Aeon Mall BSD City. 

This cafe is very cozy and worth to spend your chilling time at. I saw a lot of customers coming to this shop to chat with family, to do a college work, or just simply to hang out. They managed to create nice ambiance for us to chill. 

I only ordered one menu from it since this menu is their signature dessert and one of the best selling item.

CHEESE CAKE CHOCO SMORE (IDR 81K)

Oh my God, I couldn't help myself when this CHEESE CAKE was warmly served on my table and a very good chocolatey smell followed with it. 

Caffe Bene's Cheese Cake Choco Smore was a smores cake roasted with cheese cake and melted chocolate on top of it. This dessert is perfect for a sweet tooth, because their marshmallow and chocolate were very sweet. 

The chocolate was beautifully melted and perfectly match with marshmallows. Oh and I almost forget to mention that this dessert also served with choco crumble. So please do imagine in your mind when melted chocolate, roasted marshmallows, choco crumble and cheese cake are on the same pan ready to slip down in your throat. 

You should also highlight their pretty moist cheese cake, I couldn't say anything more only heaven!! It neutralize the sweetness of their crumble and chocolate.

So no need to confuse if you want to try nice smore cake around Jakarta, just visit Caffe Bene and try this one, I believe we will have the same opinion. I wish I could try another dessert there, but I was too full with this cake so probably I will go back there and try another menu, and of course will share my experience to you as well.

What I usually order at SUSHI TEI

People tend to have a different favorite menu at one restaurant. The same as me when I have a dinner or lunch at Sushi Tei. As one of the biggest and most famous sushi resto in Indonesia, Sushi Tei operates in many big cities ready to serve you with a delicious sushi and other Japanese culinary. 

Since its opening on 2003, Sushi Tei has a lot of outlets right now and one of the nearest one from my house is on Flavor Bliss - Alam Sutera. Sushi Tei always has people queued for their food even on weekdays. Similar with other oulets, Sushi Tei Flavor Bliss has the same interior design completed by conveyer belt and open kitchen. 

I keep coming back to Sushi Tei for it's excellent sushi so here's what I usually order at Sushi Tei

APPETIZER: EDAMAME (IDR 27K)

This is my most favorite appetizer at Sushi Tei, it's very personal cause I have no reason why I like this dish so much since you can find a lot of edamame out there but I am too attached to this one. I usually pick this up from Sushi Bar and have this as an appetizer while waiting my main dish. I like it better when it warmly served and keep it original without salt or other seasonings. 

MAIN DISH: 
BAKED SALMON MAKI (IDR 42K)
EBI TEMPURA MAKI (IDR 36K)
KANI MENTAI MAYO ROLL (IDR 42K)
SPICY CRISPY ROLL (IDR 47K)

Please don't ask whether I am able to eat all of them, cause you already know the answer. My bite size appetite suddenly in a maximum level when I have my lunch or dinner at Sushi Tei haha

I am not really a fan of sashimi even though I ate it sometimes so most of my favorite dish list on Sushi Tei is baked sushi roll. Exact like its name, Baked Salmon Maki is a maki roll with chopped Salmon meat rolled with rice and nori. 

Ebi Tempura Maki is a fried shrimp rolled with rice and nori. This is the most tasty shrimp sushi roll on Sushi Tei for me, one of my best. 

Kani Mentai Mayo Roll is my must-have list every time I visit Sushi Tei. It's like my guilty pleasure, my source of happiness and may be one of the biggest reason to stay back to Sushi Tei. I love every composition of this menu, deep fried crab served with delicious signature mayo and thin crispy fried potato. To be honest, I'm tempted by my own picture and writing while making this article. 

Shrimp, checked, crab, checked, fish, checked, what did I miss? UNAGI! I have Spicy Crispy Roll then! Delicious unagi (eel) rolled with rice and tempura crunch, perfectly served with tasty spicy mayo. 

DRINKS: HOT OCHA (Free and free refill)

I don't have any other, just hot ocha to neutralize every food that I just ate.

DESSERT: COOKIES ICE CREAM (IDR 40K)

Well, I apparently took a lot of pictures to this dessert. I mentioned this dessert as the photogenic one, cause I enjoyed taking picture of it. Vanilla ice cream clamped with chocolate cookies on both side, garnished with cashew nuts and chocolate syrup. Heaven on earth, that's it, go try it by yourself.
